This year (2025) has been an incredible year for mushrooms. They’ve been appearing everywhere. The conditions have been favourable, wet and warm, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many. Perhaps the passing of Comet 3I/ATLAS through our celestial neighbourhood is responsible for this mushroom boom. After all, they are said to come from outer space. 😉
